This meeting will help you to know the use of Abacus and its application. We would like you to avail this opportunity for the better progress of your child.

Applications are invited from meritorious students for the award of Means and Merits Scholarships for the academic year 2010-11. The selection would be done on the basis of the following:
(a) Scholastic and other Criteria (Revised):
The student should have secured minimum B+ grade in all 5 academic subjects i.e. , during the academic year 2009-10. This change has been made as per CBSE directives (Circular No. 02/06) of the new grading pattern to be followed in all Schools. This is printed in our School Diary 2010-11 page no.54.
The general conduct and all round performance of the student should be satisfactory.
(b) Economic Criteria:
The Means and Merits Scholarships is offered to the students from Std. II to XII for one academic year.
75% Concession of the tuition fees will be offered to those students whose parent’s income is less than Rs.15000/- per month.
50% Concession of the tuition fees will be offered to those students whose parent’s income is Rs.15,000/- to Rs.20,000/- per month.
5% extra Concession will be given to the wards of the employees of Jyoti Ltd.
(2) Scholarship will be awarded depending on the availability of funds and at the discretion of the Management.
(3) All applications should be accompanied by;
(a) Certificate of employer giving total income.
(b) Affidavit by self employed Parent/Parents giving total income signed by a Gazetted officer.
(c) Incase either of the parents does not have any income, a declaration to that effect is to be given and signed by a Gazetted Officer.

A great need is felt to instill in our children sensitivity, empathy and compassion for all strata of society.
Our school will be working with YUVA a premier volunteer movement of India that aims at creating social awareness among young people. It is the only NGO in the world that works on zero funds basis. Yuva is a family of 60,000 volunteers providing manpower support to more than 150 NGOs and municipal schools across 30 cities of India.
Yuva will spearhead a movement ‘School Unstoppable’ which will develop young students to be sensitive, compassionate and nurture the skills for social leadership This movement covers more than 1,00,000 school children, 100 schools like ours and 100 municipal schools.
The Navrachana School Unstoppable group will organize 5 collection drives from August to Dec 2010 which they will share with primary school children of municipal schools.
The first three collection drives will be undertaken from 7th to 13th of Aug 2010. You are requested to see that all items sent are new.

We are pleased to inform you that our school is participating in the International Olympiad of English Language (iOEL) 2011 organized by Silverzone and the Computer Literacy Foundation on 20th January,2011.
iOEL builds a solid foundation for school students to excel in English based on ICSE, CBSE and State Board syllabus. It is an international assessment that will assess the student’s aptitude as well as their competence and knowledge in English Language, and will give our students an extra edge in all other Global Competitions related to English .
The participation fee is Rs.100/-. Preparatory Book is also available for the preparation of the Olympiad at an additional cost of Rs. 40/- each.
