Navrachana Higher Secondary School  was founded in 1967 by eminent educationist and philanthrope Ms. Savitaben Amin who, influenced by the philosophy of Maria Montessori and the spirit of Shantiniketan, crafted the forward-looking vision of this institution.

To this day, we retain an ethos rooted in Indian values, with a global perspective. We strive to remain ahead of the times in terms of our beliefs and practices. We continue to grow in strength in diverse ways – academic achievements, innovative pedagogy, infrastructure, curricular and co-curricular activities.

It is our constant endeavour to bring to our students the widest possible range of opportunities to achieve excellence in academic, creative, social, cultural and sporting arena.

We recognize each of our students as unique individuals with distinct strengths, talents, interests and learning styles. Our academic program is designed to encourage this individualism. Students are offered challenges which excite them to explore their areas of interest.
